Talk to General Physician on Cbc Report

My daughter is diagnosed with dengue five days back. From last three days i am feeling low sometimes fever headache fatigue. Yesterday i got my cbc test done and i am attaching the report which showed low leukocyte and lymphocyte count and increased neutrophil count. So dr advised me to get NS1 test. Today dengue test came negative. Now dr is saying that u just have weakness. Take proper diet and rest. I am concerned about my cbc report. Please advise me. P.s i got my routine tests dobe few months back including uric acid,cbc,thyroid profile, vit d test. All test results were fine
