1st understand that you are fine there is nothing to worry about, now keep calm and repeat the test after a month, at the moment these values of little change and are of no imp, if they persist than further workup would be required
you probably have a mild viral infection, there is slight increase in some white blood cells. but this is probably nothing to worry about
