Hello all I did routine CBC test 3 month ago and every thing was normal Yesterday I feel body pain and fever so I did it again after 3 month and see rise in WBC neutrophils and reduction in lymphocytes

No I am absolutely fine, only yesterday I had fever 100 , and body pain which get ok after panadol and leflox, now I have just a very tiny headache and now temperature is 98.7

Look we need to find cause of fever to treat it specifically. If it’s infection than we have to find source of infection than treat it appropriately. If you get another spike of fever don’t hesitate to book appointment✅

I am manager in a company and follow diet , it you see report , it has both values from last test 3 month back and now, which shows jump in wbc and neutrophils in 3 months that’s what I am worried about

Well your report says that you have infection bacterial one and your body is fighting against that to resolve the issue. You must have it somewhere in ur body, you told me that you don’t have cough , sore throat, you have any other symptoms? Skin problem, burning urination, backache ,joint pains?
