your MCV is low. kindly consult doctor who advised you this test .
complete blood picture is normal while peripheral blood picture needs further investigation like hb electrophoresis and consult physician afterwards
suspicion of anemia possibly iron deficiency or beta thalassemia. get hemoglobin electrophoresis done and iron studies (serum ferritin, tibc and transferin levels)

Please dont lose hope. let me know language in which you are comfortable to communicate.
1- firstly the type of anemia you are having is closely related to deficiency of iron.
2- Secondly the peripheral smear shows suspicion of beta thallasemia trait.
Do you have any history of blood transfusion, eating soil in childhood or worm infestation. the following tests are recommended for you please.
1- Serum iron levels
2- HB electrophoresis (as oer affordibility)
there are many diseases found incidently in a report. please donot ignore this report and i suggest you to go for these tests to get your diagnosis.

hope ur well,ur cbc report is not normal ,needs detail history and work up ,as there is chance of thalasemia,iron deficincy,sidroblastic anemia or anemia of chronic disease,
needs iron studies and heam electrophoresis
