my mother is bed ridden and is unable to talk clearly and unable to eat righly only semi solid food can eat and having Urine incontinence. mri brain and spine is done emg is done .EMG is normal mri spine shows c4c5c6level disc bulge and mri brain shows cerebral atrophy asking for further treatment
