actually u are suffering from BPPV .in this condition change in posture cause dizziness ...so no need to take tension u just have to get checked your blood pressure and i will suggest u some exercise or send u video of that specific exercise..and use some multivitamins eg surbex z that is the most important source of zinc element...use multivitamins for atleast 3 months ..
