transferrin saturation is 7% cinsistent with severe iron deficiency anemia
u also have vit d deficiency
it can be nutritional or poor gut absorption or losses.
u can contact or book an online consultant for detailed hx ruling out causes of anemia and will guide the treatment accordingly as iron def it self is not a diagnosis we need to find out the underlying cause of such deficiency
you can see a general physician, the report shows that you have iron deficiency, you csn take ferrous sulfate tablets for it.
