My daughter is 23 months old. She has a phlegm cough and flu. Dr prescribed acefyl and britanyl for cough but somehow I lost the prescriotion. Can you tell me the dosage and for how many days they should be given?
5ml tds both
Acefyl and britanyl is not first choice go for some other medication and antibiotics if your baby have fever and chest congestion
Is age ki bachi k leye 2.5ml yani adha chai ka chamach subha, dopaher sham, 3 time dein. Syrup britanyl aam tor per 3 saal se kam age k bachon ko nahi de jati. Agar dena chahti hain tu 1.5ml ( syringe se dal kar) subha, dopaher, shaam de sakti hain.

Hi. please book an appointment with me to get a detailed checkup and prescription. these are not the drugs of vhoice for a child this young
Please do not give Bricanyl.You can give her acefyl cough syrup for cough and flu.If she does not improve in 5 days or gets fever,is irritable,refuses feeds or gets wheezy,get her checked by a paediatrician or physician.
