Talk to General Physician on Chest Infection Won't Go Away

I have a chest infection for a couple months now. In start, it was quite severe and i took medicines and tests, with time i went away. But now, it has appeared again, its very mild but still i want to be careful.
My major question is i visited PIMS and a doctor prescribed me a medicine which worked all perfect (its an antibiotic) until i lost the slip with its name during my visit out of the country. I am not able to find that Doctor now. Can someone suggest me the name of common capsules (it was white/green) used for bronchitis? It was an antibiotic as far as i reckon.
