Most probably, related with Anxiety. May be angina like pain. Go for this test : TROP-T
Go for cardio opinion , if your cardiologist plans for ANGIOGRAPHY then go for that. Similarly go for your physician, get assessed for routinely visit. Get your routine lab investigation done including chest X-ray and ultrasound. Have a psychiatrist assessment as well. Do share your details here as well. We are here to help you .

If you are having gastric issues, it’s most probably due to acidity. Get a good ANTACID or Proton Pump inhibitor like omeprazole/Esomeprazole etc. make sure to avoid spicy and fatty foods. Improve your lifestyle with low fat and high fiber diet. Go for Expert Consultation with Gastroenterologist.
