Asking For Brother, Male 18, Hyderabad
My brother's age is 18, with normal weight. He feels pain on left side of chest as something has been inserted into chest at the same time he feels pain on back side as well. Some time pain in neck also, he feels his neck tightened as well. he some time feel his heart has stopped when he put his hand on heart it's working. Pain starts from morning after or before breakfast. but not everyday.. now days neck feels tightened.. Dr please help.

nhi koi medicine nhi, he studies on bed whole day for study, can this be due to posture? now he is alright, however chest pain occurs, sometimes, and neck pain as well.
