Assalam Alaikum! muje kafi dino se chest k left side pe pain hoti hai. kabi kabi left aram mai aur neck mai b pain hoti hai. Bhut zaiyada fatigue hoti hai. pure jism thaka thaka rehta hai. Tora sa b chalta hu to sans phool jata hai heart beat taiz ho jati hai. I need diagnosis for this issue and treatment. please advised me for best treatment

musculoskeletal means you are having pain due to your muscles and bones and you may have poor body posture too so that is corrected and treated by Physiotherapist not painkillers.
