Talk to General Physician on Chest Pain/discomfort For 3 Months Now

Assalam O Alikum, I am experiencing strange kind of discomfort in middle of chest and it goes to lower area of throat. I don't know if it is pain or discomfort. Its hard to distinguish b/w two. But its almost 4th month now. With position changes of my body it somehow relaxes like if i am sitting and i touch my foot with my hands. At that position it relieves to some degree. I am feeling tightness in my middle area but so breathing problem with it. But upper area of back also experience tightness and mild pain. I have panic disorder and Depression for which i am taking paroxetine CR 25 mg, mirtazapine 15 mg and inderal 40 mg .. a day. My pulse rate and number of breaths per minute is normal.

Whenever I drink something hot, ifeel like it spreads through all my chest and not going straight to stomach.

Kindly advise any examination or medicines as it really has affected my daily life. I am a banker by profession and can't get along with this anymore. I am sharing the medici
