I am suffering from chest pain since 8 months Heart ETT ECG & ECHO is negative chest X-ray is normal. I feel pain on the left side of my chest and specially under the collar bone at a specific angle It feels like strained muscles and this pain radiates to the both lower arm and both fore fingers I have taken alot of medications but this pain is not getting cured. Is it a heart issue or a muscle pain please guide me should I go to physiotherapist. Thanks
firstly u should consult a good cardiologist near you
it no heart issue found then go for physio..
it is likely muscle sprain or neuralgic pain. book appointment with me for further management.

Its neuropathic pain, consult a neurophysician and if he advises then go to physiotherapist
It could be a neuronal pain arising feom cervical spine
Book me for details
does not look like a heart issue . looks like cervical compression of spinal cord i.e nerve compression causing muscular spasm.
