I'm covid positive and isolating at home. I don't have fever from two days or any other symptoms. However today is day 7 and I'm experiencing loss in appetite, nausea and pain on left side in chest. Pain comes and goes and I also feel it when I take a deep breath. I also have anxiety. My oxygen saturation level is fine. What should I do?
