Chest Side Pain

Question

I am feeling pain in my right side of my chest, however if I touch the area, unable to feel the pain, but while moving my body, even sitting or standing I feel pain since today morning, can anyone please suggest me any medicine?
I have taken Tab Panadol Extra after breakfast today.

Hi its seem like muscular pain but other causes need to be rule out sometimes pain related to lung also present in same way does your pain associated with shortness of breath, or cough. do you lift weight or any history of trauma ?
it's better to get xray .
