Having chest tightness since from 3 4 months my ecg and blood tests are normal its usually happens randomly come and go most in the middle effecting my life to much its almost painless but sometimes feels pain in the left side like niddle type is it cardiac or non? And whats its solution

Then you should start steam inhalation, drink plenty of warm fluids, add ginger and turmeric to your tea and use mask when you go outside.
if the condition gets better with these, then it's good. If it doesn't, then get CXR and CBC done again.

Nhi ye heart attack ka sign nhi hai. Ho skta hai k koi musculoskeletal problem ho. Kbhi heart k kareeb wale muscles ka khichao bhi aysa mehsoos hta hai. Lekn kyunk ap ne kaha k sath cough bhi hai, is liye ye zyada allergy ya asthma wali side pr ja rha hai diagnosis.
