Chest Tightness all the time and difficulty breathing and whatever I eat when I try to swallow I feel my throat narrow, and also when food goes down from throat all the way it hurts till stomach. and weakness. muscles pain in upper back. and when try to take deep breath chest sounds clicks from center. Fainting feelings.
