and medical history: Age: 19 • Chest pain on the left side, comes and goes • Feels like tightness, pressure, or a heavy feeling • Sometimes the pain spreads to my back • The heaviness can last for a while, not always sharp • Happens even while resting, not just with physical activity • I sometimes feel dizzy or lightheaded • Occasionally notice fast or irregular heartbeat
Tests I did 2 months ago – all normal: • ECG • Troponin I • Cholesterol test • Complete blood work including ESR Kindly reply as much as u can it is impacting my life

What other cause it can be there is always one thing in my mind heart attack which makes me anxious and fearful because the symptoms come and go i ask from gpt and google

at this young age with a normal ekg, it is not likely that the pain is due to heart.so.eti.es a .usculoskeletal pain can be sharp, another cause is because of reflux of food or a spasm of the food pipe. do you exrcise? if so it can be because of that too.
