My chicken pox started from a day before yesterday with just 2 fluid filled blisters Yesterday 9 blisters And today they are getting worse I have exams What should I do?can I take acylovir?
You can reply with a professional medical answer like this:
Yes, since you are an adult and your rash appears to have started within the last 24–48 hours, oral acyclovir may help reduce the severity and duration of chickenpox if started early. Please consult a physician as soon as possible for the correct dose, especially if you have any kidney problems or are pregnant.
In the meantime:
Stay well hydrated and get plenty of rest.
Take paracetamol for fever or pain (avoid aspirin).
Use calamine lotion and an antihistamine if itching is severe.
Avoid scratching the blisters to reduce the risk of infection.
Stay away from pregnant women, newborns, and people with weak immune systems until all blisters have crusted over.
If you develop difficulty breathing, persistent high fever, severe headache, confusion, or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek urgent medical care immediately.
