from last 3 months my wife face heel pain, High Blood Pressure daily when I go to doctor he ask for Test of Cholesterol check after result of report he said your cholesterol is high then he give me course of Lipiget 10mg tablet for 1 month he said after taking this tablet your BP will under control and also relief from pain

she start these medicine from 27 July and from 12 august her BP is uncontrolled and pain start but not sewer

she didn't take any medicine for BP just take only Lipiget, and take Panadol yesterday for headache

Is she Overweight? Because excessive weight and inactivity can lead to high blood pressure and heel pain, though both of these symptoms are not interlinked. These are different with different reasons behind them. However, obesity and prolonged periods of inactivity can lead to both of them.

Avoid salt intake and fried, spicy food
Walk for at least 30 minutes daily
Drink plenty of water to enhance metabolism
Add green tea, ginger tea or spearmint tea into diet
5, 6 Yoga stretches that suit her should be started on daily basis for stress management
No smoking, alcohol or caffeine
With these lifestyle changes, if she keep taking Lipiget 10 mg, she'll get better soon.
Don't take pain killers for Heel pain. Get your heel checked by some General surgeon, because Heel pain has nothing to do with High blood pressure, but it is linked to Obesity.
Having periods twice a month means there's some hormonal disturbance which can also be due to excessive weight.
All she needs to do is to control her weight. All problems will be solved along with it, insha'Allah.

Haan ho sakte hn. Lekn agr lagatar periods disturbed hi rhen, like for three to four months irregular rhen, toh phir Ultrasound krwa kr pta krna chahiye k kahin koi problem toh nhi hai
