hello i m 31 f my weight is 81 and height is 5.4 i hv done my morning fasting lipid profile in which every thing is normal even cholestrol is 144mg/dl but my HDL cholestrol is 41mg/dl which is low what should i do to raise it above 65 mg/dl
have a regular exercise
