Talk to General Physician on Chronic Cough Since Last 4 Months

I have cough since last 4 months, did antibiotic course, nebulization and many syrups and meds but it's not going away. Did chest xray which came out okay. Initially took hydrex and acyfyl, then antibiotics naam yaad nhi, phir antolin and myteka and nebuluzation, phir reltus dm and koi tablets thi koi anti allergy, then Dexamethasone, zinacef and inventive syrup. Cough gets better while I am taki g meds but my cough is not going away completely. I don't know what else to do??? Docs kahtay han bus ye meds khaen thek ho jaega. Lykin khansi thek nhi ho rhi. Ab mjhy galay Main kabhi kabhi dard rahta ha or ziada khansi ho to lagta ha damag khinch raha ha. Please help Karen. Kia Karon main??? Koi tests? Koi diagnosis?
