Asking For Other, Female 22, .
The girl sustained an injury to her left side five years ago as a late teenager, but did not receive any treatment. Since then, she has experienced gradually increasing pain in her left side, extending from the middle of her back to her left shoulder, arm, and neck. Sleeping on her left side often causes pain in her left shoulder, which disturbs her sleep. Carrying objects with her left arm has become very difficult, and holding something for just a few seconds can cause pain in her entire arm. Although she can perform all anatomical movements, she experiences pain in her thoracic region during neck flexion. The pain can vary in intensity, sometimes becoming severe, while at other times it is normal, but it never fully subsides.
Four years ago, she underwent an MRI that was performed by a relative for free, but no reports were generated. The girl was told that the MRI was abnormal and that her condition was similar to that of an older person. She consulted a doctor who stated that the
for proper management need to be visited by a specialist physician and doing regular follow up in his OPD clinic

She consulted a doctor who stated that there was not a significant issue, causing her further confusion as her pain had not subsided and sometimes even spread to other regions. Recently, she has been experiencing pain in her left knee, particularly on the medial side, especially when getting up from a flexed sitting position. She cannot straighten her knee immediately and has to bend it for a few seconds before slowly opening it.
The girl is now in doubt about her condition and wants to know if she should undergo another MRI to be diagnosed correctly and become pain-free. She is concerned about repeating the MRI due to the two different statements from practitioners and her ongoing pain.
