my son is 3 months old his weight is 5kg we want to do his has left mild hydronephrosis with AP diameter 5.6mm(at the age of 2 months) it was 6mm when he was born can we do his circumcision? is there Any test required for circumcision ?I m attaching his recent report.

contact with peads surgeon and check him physically otherwise CBC is required for circumcision

Hydronephrosis is like extra fluid in a flexible container. So it’s extra urine inside kidney which might be due to chill peeing habits. For circumcision you need BT,CT tests sometimes hep B,C In some hospitals. You can proceed for that, better to be done by peeds surgeon or peeds urologist.
