Talk to General Physician on Clomipril 75mg, Unavailability

Is clomipril 75 mg (or even 25 mg) available in any city/pharmacy/online store? if anyone has any information where I can get it, please recommend. I have checked every pharmacy in Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar.

It is required for a schizophrenic patient, as he doesn't take any other alternative medicine and we're having difficulty getting it since it shortage after 2020.

It is also a request for manufacturers to please look into the issue as this medicine goes short after every 2-3 years, for long periods. This time it's about to be 2 yrs now.
