Talk to General Physician on Collagen Capsules

I am 42 years old, I don't have any serious medical issues, just a pollen allergy and mild asthma due to pollen. I started Nutrifactor's collagen type 1 and 3 capsules once a day, before meal without any consultation. On the first day I felt nausea, a little sleepy, lethargy, bloated and reduced appetite. I want to ask will these symptoms go away after my body starts absorbing collagen? And is it safe to use collagen capsules? Any later impact on the kidney liver or heart?
