I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for checking on my colonoscopy test.
I am experiencing some discomfort during bowel movements. I have a bowel movement once a day, but during the process, I feel like there is something left and I need to continue straining. Additionally, I experience pain on the left side of my anus during defecation, as well as cramps during the process. I also frequently experience back pain.
In addition, I have been monitoring my weight. Initially, I weighed 51kg, but upon rechecking, my weight had increased to 55kg. However, after changing my diet and taking laxatives for a month, my weight decreased to 53kg.

Not a single symptoms what you've given example of, but i would like to include that i do urinate more frequently and it's from childhood.
