I am an overseas Pakistani in Covid Pendemic I came back to Pakistan last year now I am planning to go Back to KSA, a GAMCA medical test is to be done and the center declare to me that I have syilphis with 2.7 value which more likely shock to me , and immediately I have gone through doctor (skin specialist) for VDRL and which appear to be negitive , which give me relief but still I want to go through Test for sylphills to confirm before i go through retest in GAMCA which test I should go through ?? What medicine I should take im case of positive ??

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon then appropriate tests and following that, treatment will be started. VDRL is not reliable and TP-PA or FTA-ABS, MHA-TP and TPHA and finally ELIZA all are available that doctor after taking hx and doing physical examination will advise you. Just visit a senior specialist physician
