Confuse About Self Assessment

Respected doctors !! 5 days before i travel from kasur to Lahore ... 3 days before i felt fever and tiredness .. i took panadol and feel good only for about 3 hours i fel t fever, a little flu and tiredness at night i took panadol CF whole day felt tiredness with no flu and fever but my mouth taste became bitter ... i took 4 dose of nims , novidate 250 , alargo in 2 days .... still my mouth taste is bitter of water feel unpleasant but there is no flu no ... is it corona symptoms ? should I quarantine my self ?
