Salam If you have chronic constipation we will try to find out cause may be becuse of chronic medictation or food going bed you can use Ispaghol husk 2Table spoon put into water let it swell for half an hour just take with half glass water. if problem not solve take seed of ispaghol or take 2tabble spoon of olive at bed time

dr 2 meal walk daily take 14 glass water and take high vegetables and fruits daily and take lot fiber but no kabaz ha aur kabaz ki koi be medicine 1 week hi asar karti ha like lacasil lilac duphliac lexebron 2 month sa poti nhi ati ha aur koi medicine tablets bi asar nhi kia solution surgery 20 men.
