Talk to General Physician on Constant Diahrea, Not Feeling Hungry, Weakness, Weight Loss

I have a problem from my childhood that my hemoglobin becomes very low to 7or 6 i got to a physician and after test hemoglobin was around 7 and iron was verty very low so doctor gave me 3 iron drips of ferinject after that i got very bad diarrhea not know it was because tht or not but fter tests my hemoglobin got to 12.7 but til then it been 9 months i have consisteant diahhrea after 1 or 2 weeks motions and all bad stomach all the time my weight stays between 46-48 only and i don't feel hungry at all i used to te alot back then and most of get bad mouth ulcers all the time tht i can't eat the things i want to after i already don't feel hungry anymore. recentlg 15 days ago i got to a gestreonologist that gave me some medications librax, entamizole, refaxa and capsule i don't remember with tht i got rid of diahrea for now and mouth ulcers got 70% healed but i still don't feel hungry i so want to eat things like i did before and put on wait as i am very thin but nothing works can you pl
