Talk to General Physician on Constant Headache At The Right Side Of Brain

I am 23 years old male, with 189 cm height, and a weight of around 115 kgs. I have been experiencing mild to severe pains on the front portion of the right side of my brain, particularly just next to the middle line of the brain. The pain started a week ago, while I was studying, and now the duration of pain each day has prolonged from the past two days. I ride a bicycle for 10 kilometres every day, eat only homemade food, and keep myself well hydrated, along with regular fruit intake. So far, I have not used any pain-killers. Oil massage has given me great relief, but I am looking for a better solution to treat this headache.
