Talk to General Physician on Constant Itch At The Center Of The Chest From The Inside

Aoa. I have been having an itch from the inside, food pipe or wind pipe (cant say) but at the center of stomach. Every now and then i feel like coughing hard to settle the itch for a few minutes. The itching feeling comes and goes through out the day. The time it generally settles for a while ; is after i excercise or just after drinking something hot, or just during eating something settle it for some 20, drinking water settles it for a few minutes 3 4 minutes and then it starts longest i feel better is after i take a hot cup of salted tea. considering the increased anxiety during these times, i assumed it was GERd , so i have been taking nexum 40mg twice daily for around 15 days but no are a few better days and some it is persistenting...I was also taking Breezy cough syrup for the cough , took it for 2 weeks and then left as it was not helping me much. Before that i had also taken hydralin and pulmonat syrup for coughing b

but left them realizing all these were not really improving my situation, plus cough was not coming on its own infact i was intentionally doing it to feel been almost 2.5 months that i have been facing this issue. Dear Doctors, please assist me as it keeps me disturbed the whole day. Please help.
