Yes, when he turns hi head down then it feels more.
Burden in sides of head, at back, in center of back in upper body exactly below neck.
Sometimes the burden goes away and comes again, does it happen?
It's not pain, it's a burden and not able to understand it.

No never, he first suffered from TB in disks, then Left body paralysis. Now there is this burden which I mentioned already.
Also, loss of appetite.
Depression.
