Talk to General Physician on Constipation

I think I have chronic constipation since many years and also since many years I have symptomless hemorrhoids (no pain, they come out when I go to washroom only, otherwise they’re inside)

I eat what my husbands eats but still I go to washroom once a week and he goes everyday in the morning or twice a day (I know men do it more frequently than women) But why is that if we both have the same food diet?

I try to have ispaghol but still no effect on me (doesn’t even makes it soft) and on that one day a week, it’s becomes very hard and worst moments for me and even sometimes my hemorrhoid bleeds Once it bleed and I got scared so I went to a doctor and she told me that (don’t strain and force it) but it doesn’t come out if I don’t strain!! I’m just sick of it and don’t know what to do Should I take a permanent medicine laxative? Do you think these hemorrhoids effects my constipation?
