Talk to General Physician on Constipation, Skin Discoloration, Eczema

From last 7 to 8 yrs I have chronic constipation, nothing worked for me, every treatment gives me temporary relief. I have daughter, during and after pregnancy I face severe skin issues and right after delivery I got very very bad eczema, all over my body, although its not that bad now, but I am having eczema patches on and off on diff parts of my body, my skin is so dry all the time. Now the new problem I am facing these days is skin discoloration or hyperpigmentation (I don’t what’s it). My neck is turning black, and feets as well, gittay goday sb hard skin aur black hogaye hain, plus my armpits have gone darker and thick.

Please help me, and please guide me which specialist to consult with in person for all these issues
