Talk to General Physician on Corona Or Typhoid?

I'm a corona patient with mild symptoms. My son is 16 months old and He is totally on breastfeed. He was continuously vomiting from the night of 18 may. we took him yesterday 19 may (at night) Hospital where the doctor said He has some kind of infection and dehydration because of vomiting . the treatment they gave him inj RIL 200 ml I/V x 2 1/2 hour inj Ceftizoxime 500mg I/V x OD inj onset 1 mg I/V x slat He has mild Fever and itching in palms and toes (which are corona symptoms also and I also had ) . should I go for corona test and for typhoid test ?
