Talk to General Physician on CORONA SYMPTOMS OR NOT?

i am a 23y/o female. for past 1 or 2 day I've been a sense of bitterness in my tongue (all the time and esp when i brush my teeth the paste tastes bitter) the taste otherwise is intact. i also have a feeling of mucus in my throat that i intend to swallow every few minutes. slightly heavy headed not pronounced and i am very sleepy these days. I've bewn in lockdown for 3 months but my parents went out fot groceries this week. is this by any chance COVID-19 or i need not to worry?
