Talk to General Physician on Corona Test Report

I suppose to fly from Pakistan but my PCR test report came Detective and till now I don't have any symptoms but Quarantine myself and family as well,kindly advise me after quarantine for 14 days and no symptoms in these days how many chances for negative PCR test because it's compulsory to get the flight,any suggestions from Doctors that what should I do before PCR test is it good for me to do Antibody test before book a flight and do PCR test,last time I did in Chughtai lab any recommendations for lab, Kind regards,
