Doctor this corona virus is treating me very bad as i don't have any symptoms but still the hype created by people is making me mad to think over and over again about the virus! I can't get through any other thing once i m on bed i start thinking about the symptoms n feel each n everything is happening with me but in real it is not and because of this i can't even sleep properly. Because these days i have listen that some people are found affected by the virus without any symptoms which is making me think more and more. Please help what to do!

It is very rare to have asymptomatic corona just switch off your TV and don’t discuss with friends any more just eat healthy food fruits and vegetables enjoy life keep social distancing wash hands.
live a Normal Life...wash your hand regularly and Use face mask only in market or in crowded ..no need to use in Home
