Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Peshawar

My question is simple. If somoene has been infected with the coronavirus and recovered. How the x-ray of a recovered patient will look like? Will it be normal? I am asking this because when people go abroad, they have to clear a medical examination. A typical medical examination involve blood samples (for HIV, hep, etc), urine sample (for drug use etc) and a chests x-ray. I would really appreciate if someone can help me in this regard. My question in simple words, can a corona recovered patient clear a medical examination for overseas visa?
