steam inhalation
mam it depends upon what kind of cough it is. if you have cough with sputum after an uper respiratory infection, it is there to get rid of the sputum, what you can try is steam inhalation and warm fluids. if its dry cough, try some butter in breakfast. if you have a fever, then its better to get examined so proper medication can be started.
i understand that after a c section, it must be hard on your body to cough with the stitches and a baby.
