Salam, first trimester ya through out pregnancy most anti allergics are safe , but the safet is Tab Allergex chemical formula chlorpheniramine but u can take Tab softin 10mg once at night with panadol thrice daily for 5 days, and secondly non steroidal nasal sprays are safe to use too , u can use Xynosine nasal spray thrice a day in each nostril for 5 days with the other two meds u’ll be fine InshaAllah, but i wud suggest if it bearable avoid medications, hav home remedies steam lein qawah joshanda yakhni in cheeso se kaam chalaein flu mostly viral hota hai jo marzi kar lo it’ll take its to go away han agar sath koi gala kharab ya bukhar hai to do take the medications, hope it helps
