Talk to General Physician on Cough And Nose

Sir I have severe Cough with lung pain and when i inhale through mouth with a large air i feel itching in lungs and whatever i smell i have same smell of food that i eated on previous week. If i smell a perfume , dove soap or any thing then i feel everytime , everywhere same smell of food ( fish ) that i eated on previous sunday. So please tell me its treatment without appoinment as i am a student and cannot afford to appoinment. It shall be a great favour of you. I shall be very thankful to you. plz
