Talk to General Physician on Cough Chest Congestion Flu

assalaamu wife age daughter age 11 and son age 7 years all are having cough, flu, nasal blockage of nostrils due to congestion due to phlegm stuck in chests. sneezing,body and legs tiredness and fatigue.
i am giving brittanyl one large tablespoon to my wife age 41 twice a day.
giving brittanyl 3/4 th of large table spoon brittanyl to my daughter age 11 twice a day
and giving syrrup acefyl respiratory one teaspoon twice a day with rigix one teaspoon once a day to my son age 7.
kindly advise if these medicined and dosages are correct for all of them.
note that it is only possible to give medicines in morning and at night time.

assalamu alaykum.
my daughter age 11 yrs 3 months had body pain legs pain headache yesterday evening.gave brufen.
Today early morning she had loose motions.
son age 7 years 8 months also had sudden loose motions early morning today.
i must mention that for the last one and a half week or more,in our house family was having chest congestions,flu,nasal blockages,cough etc.
