Talk to General Physician on Cough From Last 2 Months

Hello,
I have cough from the last 2 months, on doctor suggestions I have done Xray ESR and CXR as well.
both reports are good nothing to worry about.
I have done this xray 8 bays before and taking tablets but not improving.
what should I do, should I wait more days or visit a doctor.
If I have to visit a doctor which one will be a good for me?

chronic cough has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
