I have to cough when i sit in front my pc at my desk, or when i stand, i dont cough when i run outside or lying in my bed. Laying down makes things much better. Chest x ray clear, doc listened with stethoscope and said she thinks its reflux but ive been taking ppi for 4 days no and no improvement. I feel tired. What could it be? Im so exhausted i cant work.

do 2times a day numebulizer with ventolin
rule out postnasal drip with ent doctor

continue the treatment advised by doctor. say do not eat spicy and oily food.quit smoking if you smoke.if you have asthma tell your doctor.
You might be allergic to the environment around the PC.See if there is no dust around.Sometimes plants,carpets hold mites and cause allergies,throat irritation and cough.
