Talk to General Physician on Cough , Weakness

Asking on behalf of my mother she is 54 yrs old. She had a covid in December 2020, it was so severe and treated at home by having instructions from family dr. Now she is still having a cough covid tested again it’s negative. I am attaching her xray report and pictures. If any could suggest some remedies or medicine. Had fever but after taking Panadol currently she doesn’t have a fever. But feeling weakness. Today she started cefiget 400Mg
