I had fever 4 days ago with bodyaches.I repeated my cbc in which platlet count was falling in 3 days then it was normal yesterday.I had cough since fever started.I tried cosome and acefyl syrup but cough is relieved only for 3 4 hours.There is also sputum production.Taste is altered.Chest x ray is also clear.What should I do for cough☹
If no fever than NO antibiotics please as it could be viral infection which got better! 1- Tab Softin/Rigix/Zyrtec 10 mg at bed time for 5 days 2- Mucolator sachet : boil water add in it and take steam twice a day for 3 days 3- boil 15-20 laungs in water and take steam 3-4 times a day 4- continue any cough syp 2 TSF 3 times a day
